In 2012, I founded Year Here, a fellowship for social entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds in London. Over ten years, the fellowship birthed over 50 new social justice ventures.

My consulting practice is focussed on social impact strategy, venture incubation and progressive politics. My clients have included the Simons Foundation, A—B Partners and Josh Babarinde MP.

I'm working on my first book about the radical power of imagination. I also write on social enterprise, justice and leadership; and I've appeared on various podcasts.
